If you need help with a size, an order or a delivery, we are happy to assist. The fastest route is a message on Instagram or Facebook, or the form on our Contact Us page.

Placing an order

Send us a screenshot of the design you want along with your size, either by email, by phone, or as a message on Instagram or Facebook. We will confirm availability and the total, and we ask that you wait for that confirmation before sending payment. Pieces marked pre-order are made to order rather than held in stock.

Sizing and fit

Chest and length measurements in inches are given on the product page. Where a cut runs oversized or close-fitting, we say so. If you are unsure, message us before ordering with your usual measurements and we will recommend a size. See also our Size Guide.

Delivery

We ship anywhere in the United States from Michigan. Shipping is a flat $10 per order, and free on orders over $100.

Email or call us with your ZIP code and we will confirm the delivery window before you pay. Ready-to-wear pieces go out sooner than pre-order and made-to-order pieces.

Local collection

Customers in and around Warren, Michigan are welcome to collect in person at our open house, held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Payment

Returns and exchanges

If something is not right when your order arrives, contact us straight away and we will put it right. Please get in touch before sending anything back so we can confirm what to do. Pre-order and made-to-order pieces are made specially for you, so please check the measurements carefully before ordering those.

Garment care

Embroidered, chiffon and raw silk pieces should be dry cleaned, or hand washed cold and dried flat out of direct sunlight. Press embroidery from the reverse with a cloth in between. Lawn, linen and cotton can be machine washed cold on a gentle cycle.
